Ramdhan Yadav, 46, was heading home in an autorickshaw on LBS Road. Perhaps thinking about his family, his evening plans, or simply the traffic ahead. He never imagined these would be his last moments. At  12:15 PM , a 6x4 feet concrete parapet from the under-construction Metro Line 4 broke free from Pier P196 and crashed down with devastating force. The autorickshaw was crushed. Ramdhan died instantly. Three others were injured—one still fighting for life in ICU. This wasn't an accident.
